Follow up is how you get paid on your meetings. And having a system such as the one I describe in my audios is important to being consistent…. HOWEVER, consistent follow up and effective follow up are two different things. Consistently following up and not getting a response isn’t much better than no follow up. But here’s something most wholesalers don’t realize…90% of effective follow up happens during the meeting. When you have a clarifying conversation, position follow up as a service, and then mutually agree what the follow up is prior to leaving, the actual follow up is much more likely to get a response….if it’s not already scheduled! (listen to the audios) When you tap out and shake their hand after they say “they’ll look it over” or “send me some info”, good luck getting any response to your follow up. |
